Cancellation Policy

  • We always take a credit card number as a deposit to book trips
  • Before your trip departs you can pay with the same credit card that you booked with, or you can pay with cash or check
  • If you cancel within 7 days to 48 hours prior to trip leaving you will be charged 50% of your trip cost
  • If you cancel in under 24 hrs time from your trip date or you do not show you will be charged 100% of your trip cost
  • All Day Trips have a 5% non-refundable booking fee.
  • All Overnight trips have a 15% non-refundable booking fee.
